Wellington, NZ - National Appointments:
Wellington-based coach, Denis Clueard, has been appointed Head Coach of the New Zealand Boys Developing Sox through to 2017.
The Developing Sox will head into camp before competing in games against the Aussie Sparks team this April. The team will then compete in the Queensland Under 17 State Championships in Mackay, Queensland next September.
Oklahoma City, OK - ASA/USA Softball announces 2016 Women's National and Elite Teams
OKLAHOMA CITY - Following a selection camp, 18 athletes have been
selected to represent the Red, White and Blue on the 2016 Women's
National Team (WNT) this summer while an additional 18 athletes have
been named to the USA Softball Women's Elite Team the Amateur Softball
Association (ASA) of America and USA Softball announced today. Held at
Bill Barber Park in Irvine, Calif., 40 athletes participated in the
selection camp where they were evaluated by members of the Women's
National Team Selection Committee (WNTSC), who selected the two
18-person rosters.

Stoufville, ON - A big part of that was experienced by those who represented Canada and were spurred on by the hometown crowd when the 2015 Pan American Games were conducted in the Greater Toronto Area.
Walcott, IA - Two great fastball tournaments will be played in Walcott, Iowa during 2016.
The first will be a 4-5 team open round robin and a 4-5 team B class round robin Memorial Day weekend (May 27th - May 29th). This will be an excellent chance for teams to get an early start and work out the winter kinks.
The second tournament will be the Quad City Classic running July 22nd - 24th.
