Eleven Softball Associations ready to 'Get In The Game'!

ELEVEN SOFTBALL ASSOCIATIONS READY TO ‘GET IN THEGAME’!
NORTH YORK, ONTARIO –Softball Ontario is thrilled to announce that eleven (11) SoftballAssociations have committed to sending representatives to the second annualGet In The Game Symposium on Saturday February 23, 2008 at the Sport AllianceBuilding in North York.
Participants in the GetIn The Game Symposium will have the opportunity to have a voice in thedevelopment of grassroots softball in Ontario, while also learning how tobetter their own Association. Topics discussed at the 2008 Symposiuminclude select softball, recruiting and retaining house league umpires,coaching, modifying the game to have fun, a presentation by the OntarioTrillium Foundation, and more!

Participants will eachreceive a delegate bag containing free promotional materials and informationfrom Softball Ontario. In addition, an Exhibitor Marketplace will takeplace during the lunch-hour featuring Home Run Sports, Marchant’s SchoolSport, HighFive®, and more!
Travel (mileage) andaccommodations will be provided by Softball Ontario for those whoqualify. Participants in the Symposium must register with Lisa Cromptonat Softball Ontario before February 15, 2008.
