2013 AAU Men’s International Fastpitch Championship Update
Fans everywhere are in for a treat with the upcoming 2013 AAU Men’s International Fastpitch Championships. Planning and implementation has been underway for months now. Venezuelan teams lead the registration tally having entered nine teams, with the United States, Canada and Caribbean each not far behind.
Of one thing you can be assured. The person on the AAU side who now plans this event hand-in-hand with Ken Hackmeister of the ISC doesn’t play games. Misinformation will not be published nor will you be lured with statistics that are not accurate. We do not use misdirection. No smoke and mirrors. It is just not how business is done here. If you have any concerns or questions about the event at all, please don’t ever hesitate to contact Debra Horn of the AAU. Debra can be reached by email at debra@aausports.org, or via phone at 407.828.3459.
The AAU wishes ISGU every success with its brand new endeavor, but rather than enter the blog fray we prefer to focus on the event we have run for years: the AAU Men’s International Fastpitch Championship. It is our sincere desire to build on our event year after year to always make it the best that it can be for the sole benefit of our teams. All involved in the management of the tournament are volunteers except for the two AAU staff members: Debra Horn and Cynthia Diaz. Note that the AAU is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization with the motto of, “Sports for all, forever”. That is our mission.
