SEATTLE, WA – The 53rd Annual Seattle Invitational Men’s Fastpitch Tournament, one of the most revered tournaments in North America will be back in 2013, with some expansion, says Tournament Director Ryan Daly.
“The Seattle Invitational is the longest running tournament in the USA,†Daly said, “with champions including, Federal Old Line, Seafirst, Pay Less, Larry Miller Toyota, Peterbilt, and Pay N’ Pak. This tournament is greatly expanding with a generous grant from the City of Fife and looking to accommodate the elite teams in North America.â€
The Seattle Invitational will actually consist of two tournaments, with 12 teams in each tournament:
(1) An ASA Class B through NAFA Class AA and below, WITH the ASA bat rule enforced.
(2) An OPEN through NAFA AA Major and ASA Class A, WITH the ISF bat rule enforced.

Date: July 26-28th
Where: Fife, WA (20 minutes from Seattle)
Format: Four-game guarantee, round robin, then single elimination
Facilities: Four ball diamonds with 250 foot fences
Sanctioning: By the North American Fastpitch Association, (NAFA) and the Amateur Softball Association (ASA)
Scorekeeping: Official Scorekeepers will be provided
Awards: Most Valuable Player, Most Valuable Pitcher, Most Homeruns, team trophies, Champions wind breakers, All-Star plaques
Entry Fee: $300 if paid before July 1, and $350 afterwards
Tournament Bonus: FREE beer garden – Friday, Saturday and Sunday
